„Perfekte Lage, allerdings mit Schwächen bei der Ausstattung!
Wir kamen zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zum Apartment. Leider war zu dieser Zeit noch nicht alles geputzt und hergerichtet, da anscheinend die Gäste vor uns, sich nicht an die Abreisezeit gehalten haben. Das kann natürlich passieren, war in unserer Situation nach der längeren Anreise mit Kleinkind allerdings etwas störend....

„Gute Lage, aber....
Lage, genügend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Küchenrollen
Bei vier Personen gab es nur eine !!! Nachttischlampe, beschädigter Kleiderschrank der nicht geschlossen werden konnte Badezimmer sehr klein Toiletten Tür war so stark verzogen, dass sie kaum abgesperrt und nur mühsam geöffnet werden konnte Glasbruch oberhalb des Herdes Beleuchtung in der Küche größtenteils defekt TV Fernbedienung in den Räumen vertauscht, bedurfte eine Stunde um das rauszukriegen Einprogrammierter Jugendschutz ab 22 Uhr aktiviert, kein pin bekannt

„Ingesamt überwiegen die positiven Elemente da es eine große, sauberere Wohnung in zentraler Lage ist
Tolle zentrale Lage, geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Betten sind bequem, es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Espresso-Maschine und Wascher/Trockner, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.
Wegbeschreibung bzw Eingangsbeschreibung wäre gut. Wir sind in die päpstliche Mission gestolpert, die die selbe Hausnummer hat und es gab mal Verwirrung die sich aber mit Anruf klären ließ. Unten auf der Straße steht ein Glascontainer und man hört zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit wenn jemand was reinwirft. Laut wird’s dann richtig wenn das Glas in der Früh abgeholt und in den Lastwagen geladen wird. Passiert wahrscheinlich auch nicht jeden Tag. Der Wasserboiler macht eigenartige Geräusche, man denkt dass es irgendwo tropft. Wenn Tür geschlossen ist, ist es ok. Nacht-Kästchen wären gut mit kleinen Bett-Lampen, sollte eigentlich zum Standardinventar gehören. Die Lampe überm Spiegel im Bad funktioniert auch nicht also generell ist die Beleuchtung etwas unter dem Standard. Man wird irgendwie gezwungen bar zu zahlen, ich nehme lieber Bankomatkarte da ich automatische Abrechnung habe. Die Vorhänge hatten etwas nach kaltem Rauch gerochen bzw Weed. Da die Glasverfliesung hinter dem Herd zerbrochen war, nehmen wir an dass einige Mieter heftige Parties hatten.

„Wien ist einfach toll und die Verwalterin von der Wohnungist sehr nett gewesen.
Lage Lage Lage!!! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich wir konnten früher anreisen und wir konnten unser Gepäck unterstellen.
dinge die kaputt waren wurden nicht ersetzt. Die Duschbrause war kaputt, die Laken machen viel zu klein man schlief quasi auf der blanken Matratze. die Unterkunft war perfekt für diese drei Nächte Preisleistung ausgezeichnet. Aber man hat gesehen dass so ein bisschen die Liebe fehlt, es fehlt ein Hausmeister.
